Subsitute your meat intake with fish. Fish should be steamed instead of fried. Also eat more fruits and vege. It's good to add chopped fresh garlic to our food during meals. Garlic is an antic toxic and good for our system. I always have a cup of instant oats ( no sugar, no milk ) b4 sleep.It helps me to sleep well.<BR/>Of course, we must always be positive in our thoughts in order to stay healthy mentally.
